Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, your personal check or cash. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered.

If you have insurance we will gladly file your insurance for you. Although we do not participate in any insurance plans and are not a provider on any insurance lists, most insurance companies will pay a portion of our fees and we can work with a deposit in these instances. Our staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your insurance.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged regardless of your insurance coverage.
