If you have insurance we will gladly file your insurance for you. Although we do not participate in any insurance plans and are not a provider on any insurance lists, most insurance companies will pay a portion of our fees and we can work with a deposit in these instances. Please bring your insurance information with you to your appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement.

Our staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your insurance. We will work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.
